- Responsible for territory meeting all production goals.
- Oversee all operations of territory team.
- Make important decisions for your team.
- Manage relationships with company investors, realtors, and others that are critical to lead production .
- Assist team whereever nessecary.
- Prepare monthly reports showing monthly, quarterly and annual capture %.

Inside Sales Rep

$50,000 - $65,000

Salary + Commission + Bonus

Help people who have established interest in getting new insurance navigate through their options and select the best coverage for them.

- Work over 50 provided leads per month.
- Communicate with prospects to gather their information.
- Quote each prospect with our industry leading comparative rater.
- Form powerful and informative proposals to be sent to prospects.
- Followup with prospects and educate them on your proposal.
- Bind coverage and provide documentation to the affiliated services.
- Maintain applications on file to me compliance.

Inside sales reps must love to work with people. This position offers uncapped income and the average ISA increases their yearly income significantly each year with residuals on previous years.

Customer Service Represenative

$36,000 - $43,000

Service our book of business and help all our clients with their serivce needs.

- Provide evidence of insurance and documentation to clients.
- Process policy coverge changes.
- Answer client questions about their policies.
- Help sales represenatives form proposals.
- Run book of business audits.

CSR's are critical in keeping our clients happy! Must have a service focused mentality.

Internship - Broker

Work alongside insurance brokers to see their daily business. Help them with any needs they may have.

- Observe and learn from our brokers.
- Prepare quotes and search carriers for optimal prices.
- Get coffee.
